Special Requests
(Post-Proposal Requests)

This form is used to make requests after your students' proposals have been approved in the event that they think of something else they need.  Please give at least 24 hours notice and understand there are no guarantees, especially if we don't have your request in stock.

Make sure your request is complete.  You must include quantities and concentrations where appropriate.  Double-check your spelling.  If we can't determine what you are asking for, there will be delays.  We will E-mail you if there is a problem.
