For chemistry courses you have already completed outside of Arizona:
For chemistry courses you have already completed within Arizona, please
see the Course Equivalency Guide at http://az.transfer.org/cgi-bin/WebObjects/Admin_CEG
which shows how classes from AZ community colleges transfer to UA, NAU, and
ASU. If your class does not automatically come in as a direct UA equivalent,
you may contact Robin Rarick below to adjust your
SAPR once the class appears in Student Link.
For chemistry courses you have yet to take, but plan to take outside of
Arizona,
please consult the process for transfer pre-approval at http://www.registrar.arizona.edu/Preapproval.htm
and use the form found at that website.
- After you have started
the pre-approval process as per the link above, you may schedule an
appointment with Robin Rarick rrarick@email.arizona.edu
for Chemistry course approval. You must bring supporting
documentation about the chemistry course to this meeting (ie. course website, URL for the catalog course
description, syllabus, lab notebook or manual, etc.)
- Once you complete the
course, you must have an official transcript sent to UA so that your
SAPR may be adjusted.
