To ensure the highest level of safety and awareness, every person working in the research laboratories at the University of Arizona is required to take the Risk Management General Laboratory Chemical Hygiene Training (i.e., Lab Safety Training) course within the first 45 days of starting work.

Questions concerning this requirement can be directed to your research advisor/professor.

If you have completed the training class but did not pass the quiz,  contact Herb Wagner at 621-7691 or hwagner@u.arizona.edu for information on how to proceed in meeting this requirement for certification.

If your certificate was lost/stolen, please call Sarah Thomas at 626-1136 in the Department of  Risk Management and Safety.
