GRIEVANCE POLICY

The University of Arizona's Department of Chemistry has a strong commitment to its undergraduate student body.  If a student feels they have legitimate reasons for concerns regarding a chemistry lecture or laboratory course, grade received, or conduct of course instructor, the Department wants to know.  The program cannot evolve and improve without the valuable feedback provided by the students we serve.  Please contact the following people to discuss the positives as well as negatives in our program:

For Lecture Course, contact:

Dr. Mark Smith, Department Head, to discuss lecture issues, file a formal grievance with a lecture professor, or contest a chemistry course grade.
